Daisy Mountain Fire & Medical operates three full time advanced life support ambulances. We provide approximately 3500 emergency & interfacility transports annually across a response area of over 250 square miles.

As a ambulance provider in the State of Arizona, DMFM is regulated by the Department of Health Services Bureau of EMS, and we operate within the parameters of our Certificate of Necessity (CON 105).
